Warm Weather Outing

To take advantage of the good weather my sister-in-law and I took our girls to the petting zoo. Kaitlyn LOVES ducks – meaning ANYTHING with wings – so she had a good time. Her favorite part was riding the miniature horse!

Week in St. George

This past week Kaitlyn and I were lucky enough to get to accompany Brian on his business trip down to St. George. I have family down there we stayed with and as luck would have it, my other cousins from Nevada decided to take a trip down the same time we were there so it was quite the party! Saturday was in the 80s so we spent the day in the pool. Kaitlyn had so much fun, she was a little fish and could’ve stayed in the pool all day!

My cousin Greg and his wife Milea just had their first baby, Carson, 7 weeks ago! He is soooo cute and so sweet.

Easter

We started with Kaitlyn looking for her basket

Yay! She found it!

Now its time to find some eggs

Easter Dress!
She was in desperate need of nap at this point and wasn't really into taking pictures, so these are the best I could get of her pretty Easter dress. She did love wearing though and told me all day that she was a princess!

Dying Eggs!

To start our Easter celebration, Saturday we colored some eggs with Kaitlyn. It was a good time and pretty funny, Kaitlyn had a blast and laughed about everything! (Sorry about the nakedness, I didn’t want dye on any of her clothes!)

Please note Brian's red egg on the end...

WICKED!

The day finally came! For Christmas, Brian got me tickets to go see Wicked and last night was the big night! My brother, Dane, had gotten tickets for his wife, Tamara, too so the four of us left the kids with my parents and headed down town. We stopped at The Cheesecake Factory first to eat…I love cheesecake. The play was SOOOO good. I absolutely LOVED the music, and the sets and costumes were absolutely amazing. Even Brian enjoyed it! (he’s such a good husband to even go with me, dancing-singing-and men in tight pants aren’t really his thing!) I really love going to the theater and seeing plays like Les Mis, Phantom, ect… this was right up there with them! The ONLY bad thing of the night was that the theater was SO BLASTED HOT! Both Tamara and I are pregnant and we both swelled up like big balloons and had our pants rolled up and shoes off. So to any of you out there going to see it, be prepared and wear layers that you can shed!

Thanks to my wonderful hubby for going through quite a bit of trouble to get these tickets so I could see the show. I loved it so much!!!
