MY American Idol Pick

So I just LOVE David Cook! He has been at the top of my list since the first weeks when they showed his audition. I like him not only because he is a good singer but because he is so musical. I love when he plays his guitar while he sings and you can tell he really has an ear for music, he arranges his songs so well. So he gets my vote to win it all! (If he doesn't win it all I'll be sad but Chris Daughtry was my fav a few years ago and he is doing quite well without having won!)
I'm sorry to those who think I'm betraying my religion by not voting for Brooke White or betraying my hometown by not voting for Davis Archuleta, but I gotta go with my heart...and my ear! (I'll admit Brooke and Archuleta are 2nd and 3rd on my list though!)

Easter

We had a very fun Easter! The Easter Bunny made it to our house, yippee! When Kaitlyn woke up we sent her on her quest to find her basket. She didn't know what she was looking for but she thought the whole thing was quite funny! She got candy (more for Brian & I!), some toys, and a new movie: Enchanted!

This is a picture of Kaitlyn last year on her FIRST Easter. I can't believe how quickly time flies by and how much she has grown in only a year!

Trip to St. George

So, its been FOREVER, but life is finally back to normal and I have some pictures from our trip to St. George! We went down for my cousin Greg’s wedding. It was such a blast. Almost ALL of my cousins from my dad’s side were there and the best was that my WHOLE family was there; mom, dad, and all the kids! There are A LOT of pictures so I put them into slide shows. I put a couple on their own that are the “must-sees”.

Greg & Milea’s wedding was beautiful. They were so happy the whole day. My cousin Greg is one of my best friends so i wouldn't just approve anyone. . .but, I just LOVE Milea and she is so perfect for Greg.

While we were all together we had a combined Bridal-Baby Shower for my sis Allyx & my sis-in-law Tamara. It was a hoot. The best part was when Alyx opened a present from my grandma and someone had slipped in somthing extra. We laughed sooo hard and my grandma almost fell off her chair!

Can I just say that I LOVE my cousins. I feel so lucky and so blessed that we are all as close as we are. We are just as much friends as we are family. We Rock!

No trip that included Brian would be complete without a trip to the desert to go shooting! My mom even got in on the fun!

What a tuff, hottie I'm married to!

Best Stuff Ever!

So not much has been going on around the Tenney house. We will be heading down to St. George this weekend so I will soon have more interesting things to post, but for now, I wanted to clue everyone in on my FAVORITE product. To start, I used to go tanning quite a bit. Everyone feels better with that golden glow right…well, I decided that as much as I loved being tan I also didn’t want to have lots of wrinkles when I was older. I was in a PICKLE! Then came the light, my friend Lisa introduced me to the best stuff ever! Firm Tanning Lotion. It ROCKS! It works with any skin tone and doesn’t have that weird smell that a lot of tanning lotions have. You just take about a nickel sized amount and rub on your face (and neck and chest and even legs and arm if you want) just like you would lotion. Then you have that wonderful, tan look. AND, it also has firming properties so it tightens up your skin and makes it look all smooth. I’ve even noticed that my make-up stays on better with it. Seriously, I LOVE this stuff. It costs about $20 but it lasts me about 4 months…totally worth it! If you want to order some you can go here to get it. (Its called Body Bronzer Self Tanning Lotion on the website) The lady I buy it from is a Master Esthetician, so you don’t have to worry about it being bad for your complexion or anything.
